About Us

Right Resources helping organisations become more; 'accessible', 'people friendly' and productive workplaces.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

We are a boutique consultancy and training organisation specialising in dyslexia and other commonly co-occurring neurodivergent 'conditions' ...from a business / workplace perspective.  Our support services have a strong track record of successful outcomes and we aim for high quality delivery in both individual support as well as in our accredited training.

Our small team of Associates are qualified business professionals with a wide range of experience in the area of neurodiverse 'conditions' in the workplace.  Our clients choose to work with us because they want the very best for their staff and they understand the benefits of having a supportive, 'people friendly' workplace for the good of both their workforce and for the business as a whole.

When working one to one with neurodivergent individuals many feel more relaxed about working with us as they know our  Associates are  all neurodivergent/neurodiverse themselves.

Right Resources was founded by Janette Beetham - a qualified business professional experienced in the delivery of business advice, personal development and support services in relation to 'processing differences' such as; Dyslexia, ADHD, Dyscalculia, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC/ASD) and Dyspraxia (Developmental Coordination Disorder). Janette is herself Dyslexic/neurodivergent.

With more than 15 years experience in this field Janette has been keen to find and develop resources to enable organisations & individuals adopt more 'accessible', productive, 'people friendly' work practices and provide solutions related to helping neurodivergent individuals engage and work more effectively.  Janette likes the variety of working with individuals within the workforce delivering one to one strategy coaching to help them cope more effectively with their work tasks - as well as working with the organisation on their larger, 'macro' organisational/business processes.

Janette has specialist business-focused experience delivering bespoke training and tailored support services across all sectors including:

We work within different types of organisations, with varying work cultures, helping clients find the right resources (and/or helping them find more accessible ways of using their existing resources) in order to get the best results from each individual in their workforce.  This in turn facilitates individual well-being, reduces workplace stress, increases productivity and as a result this can have a positive impact on the organisation's 'bottom line'.  You can find some testimonials for Janette's work by clicking here.
